I wish I could be there in person, but I'm traveling out of state - so this is the next best way to connect with you, introduce myself, and more importantly - teach you how and when to use this blend, as well as what it supports - physically, emotionally, and spiriritually.
If you'd like to learn more about me - feel free to browse around. I'm just returning after an almost 2 year maternity hiatus, so there are likely some cobwebs here that need to get cleaned up, but I wanted to offer a landing page with the pertinent info on the blend I've curated for the WWC VIPs.
It wasn't immediately clear which oils were going to make it into this blend, but I knew two things - I wanted it to be SPECIAL, and I wanted to include Clary Sage & Cedarwood.
Clary Sage, because energetically speaking, it's the oil of Clarity & Vision.
Cedarwood is the oil of community.
I'll dive a bit more into those oils shortly, but that was my foundation. I considered adding Wild Orange, the oil of abundance - but citrus oils are photosensitive (and can cause sunburns) so I opted to skip that one.
After a few weeks of mulling it over, I finally knew what SPECIAL blend I wanted to put together for you. It's been a favorite bedtime diffuser blend for at least 8 years, and NEVER gets old. Every single time I get that first whiff of this blend, it DELIGHTS my parasymapthetic nervous system. A nice deep inhalation, and exhale - AHHHHHHHHH.
The oils that made the final cut for this special blend you're holding (and hopefully inhaling) are Clary Sage, Cedarwood, Lavender, and Sandalwood.
In a nutshell, this blend physically supports grounding, hormonal balance, sleep, stress, anxiety, and calming.
